The application process

1. Your application

We carefully review your application and verify whether you possess the desired profile for the job. What happens next may differ slightly depending on the position you have applied for.

2. Preliminary call

If we have any additional questions, we may give you a call. We will discuss your resume, motivation and expectations and we will also touch on practical matters, including a possible start date and salary.

3. Introduction & testing

We will take a closer look at your motivation and competences. In turn, you will be given the opportunity to ask questions. You will also be required to take a personality test so that we may evaluate your reasoning skills.

4. A talk with your future manager

At this stage, we will organize a talk for you to get acquainted with your future manager. In addition to getting to know more about you as a person, they will enquire about your expertise and describe in detail the responsibilities of the job you are applying for.

5. Together, we embark on a professional journey
